Jarrett McLelland is our small groups’ leader. He is from Rogers and graduated from Ouachita Baptist University. He is married to Chanika who is also referred to as the “Asian Persuasion.” Jarrett and Chanika have a 4 yr. old daughter named Kaiya and a 1 yr. old daughter named Konli. 479.313.3543

Sydney Jackson is one of our new women residents. She is from Rogers. She graduated from the University of Arkansas and is currently a graduate student in the John Brown University Counseling program. She leads the Siloam Springs Townhouse. 478.381.0106

Nick Roland is our worship leader and a graduate of the University of Arkansas. He is married to Kassie and is renowned for his “pelo de fuego” which means “hair of fire.” His roots lie here at Fellowship NW Arkansas and he is passionate about leading students in worship. 479.466.5447
